What do I get ?
When you buy an experience day gift voucher you receive a presentation pack containing details of the experience day, a voucher valid for between 6 and 12 months and information telling you how to book a date.

Can I book a date now ?
In some cases, yes. Vouchers provide a telelphone number to call to book a date and some suppliers insist that you purchase a voucher before booking (the telephone number may be a direct line to the venue where they will have the latest up to date information regarding availability). This suits most people who are buying a unique gift and would like to leave the date open. If you need to book a specific date then please contact the experience company for advice.

Note: Once a date has been booked many suppliers charge to rearrange the booking and in some cases will not allow cancellation or re-booking without medical evidence.

Do I have to choose a location ?
